Working Student Product Manager – MarTech

JustWatch provides data-driven digital marketing for the global entertainment industry. We build internal tools that help our campaign managers automate workflows and unlock innovative capabilities in entertainment marketing.
We’re hiring a Working Student Product Manager for our MarTech team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious, proactive, and excited to learn how Product Management works in a fast-moving environment.
What you will be doing
- Test new product releases and help document bugs or unexpected behaviour.
- Monitor product metrics and help identify issues early.
- Coordinate with developers and campaign managers to help keep projects on track.
- Gradually take ownership of smaller features or workflows as you grow into the role.
What you will NOT be doing
- Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight, and we optimise for speed.
- Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritised next.
- Wait around for instructions all day. We value people who are proactive and curious.
What we need from you
- You enjoy solving problems and bringing structure to projects.
- You’re organised and reliable. You follow up on tasks and help keep everything moving.
- You’re comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, or Notion to organise information.
- You enjoy working with data and are curious about how metrics help teams make decisions.
- You’re not afraid of technical topics and are interested in learning how APIs, tracking, automations, and internal systems work.
- You like learning by doing and taking initiative when something needs attention.
- You’re interested in product development, marketing technology, automation, or digital products.
- You’ve shipped a side project, automation, or dashboard yourself.
