Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Quelles seront vos missions ?
- Dispenser des soins d'hygiène et de confort personnalisés, en veillant scrupuleusement au respect de l'intimité, de la dignité et des habitudes de chaque résident.
- Accompagner les résidents dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne (aide au lever, habillage, transferts) en utilisant le matériel ergonomique adapté pour stimuler leur autonomie tout en assurant leur sécurité.
- Participer à la surveillance clinique : observation fine de l'état général et transmissions rigoureuses sur le logiciel de soins.
- Assurer une aide aux repas : veiller à une installation confortable, stimuler la prise alimentaire et respecter strictement les régimes ou textures spécifiques prescrits.

- Contrat : Vacation
- Horaire : Planning en 7h ou 12h
- Rémunération : Salaire de base selon la convention collective FEHAP + Ségur 1 & 2 + reprise d'ancienneté + 10% CP et IFM. Le/la candidate idéal(e) saura accompagner avec bienveillance les résidents dans un établissement pour personnes âgées.
- Vous possédez une première expérience en tant qu'aide-soignant(e) F/H
- Vous êtes titulaire du Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant(e)
- Vous avez de réelles compétences relationnelles et une écoute active
- Vous faites preuve de patience et de sens de l'observation
