Pass the Keys is the UK’s leading short-let and Airbnb management franchise, helping hundreds of property owners unlock more bookings, higher income, and hands-free hosting. With 50+ franchise partners nationwide, we combine powerful technology, exceptional service, and local expertise to deliver the best in short-let management.

We are looking for a commercially driven Host Sales Consultant to support the growth of our franchise partners across the UK. This role blends sales execution, training, and account management, helping franchisees convert local demand into signed hosts while building scalable sales capability.

You will act as an extension of our partners’ teams — qualifying inbound leads, progressing pipelines, and coaching franchisees to build strong, repeatable sales processes.

This is a high-impact role focused on host acquisition, sales enablement, and partner performance.

Purpose of the Role

The Host Sales Consultant works on behalf of Pass the Keys franchise partners to:

  • Convert inbound host enquiries into signed properties
  • Train and embed strong sales processes locally
  • Provide ongoing pipeline and performance coaching
  • Support early-stage partners through launch and growth

This role plays a key part in helping Pass the Keys scale a management-franchise model, enabling partners to grow faster while maintaining consistent, high-quality sales standards across the network.

You will directly impact host growth, partner success, and the long-term value of our franchise businesses.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound Host Sales

  • Respond to new enquiries from homeowners interested in short letting
  • Qualify leads and understand property suitability
  • Handle initial objections (risk, effort, regulations, income expectations)
  • Book property consultations or viewings
  • Progress opportunities through to sign-up

2. Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate pipelines within the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Track conversion stages and next actions
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and deal progression
  • Report on conversion metrics and blockers

3. Franchise Launch Support

  • Support newly launched partners during their first growth phase
  • Provide structured sales and system onboarding
  • Help embed best-practice consultation frameworks
  • Build confidence in handling objections and closing deals

4. Sales Training & Enablement

  • Deliver practical sales coaching to franchisees
  • Run monthly pipeline reviews and performance session
  • Support call frameworks, scripts, and objection handling
  • Embed consistent use of CRM and reporting tools

5. Ongoing Partner Account Management

  • Act as a commercial partner to franchisees using the service
  • Hold regular monthly check-ins
  • Identify conversion gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Share insights and benchmarks from across the network

Essential

  • Proven experience in sales or consultative selling
  • Strong objection handling and closing ability
  • CRM experience (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
  • Confident communicator, both on calls and video
  • Ability to coach and train others
  • Organised and process-driven

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially minded and results-driven
  • Comfortable balancing sales and coaching
  • Highly organised with strong follow-through
  • Positive, confident communicator
  • Able to influence without authority

Desirable

    • Property, lettings, or hospitality experience
    • Franchise or multi-site environment exposure
    • Account management or partner-facing roles
    • Experience working with inbound lead funnels
