Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung (m/w/d), der unsere digitalen Geschäftsprozesse mit modernen Low-Code- und No-Code-Technologien weiterentwickelt.
Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Optimierung digitaler Geschäftsprozesse mit modernen Low-Code- und No-Code-Plattformen
- Erstellung von Anwendungen, Apps, Workflows und Automatisierungen
- Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Lösungen
- Integration verschiedener Systeme wie ERP, MES, Microsoft 365 und Datenbanken
- Analyse, Dokumentation und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Durchführung von Tests sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Daten- und Prozessqualität
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen und Automatisierungslösungen
- Mitarbeit in spannenden Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten
- Unterstützung unserer Anwenderinnen und Anwender im 2nd‑Level‑Support
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Begeisterung für Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und moderne Technologien
- Erfahrung mit Low-Code-/No-Code-Plattformen
- Grundlagen in JavaScript, C#, Python oder ähnlichen Technologien
- Grundlagenkenntnisse in Datenbanken (SQL) und Schnittstellen (REST, APIs)
- Verständnis moderner Cloud-Anwendungen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denkvermögen
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
