Quality Assurance Specialist Europa / Packaging (m/w/d)

Geplanter Einsatzort im 50/50 Modell - Bulgarien und Deutschland.
Aufgaben
Qualitätsprüfung
- Durchführung der statistischen Qualitätskontrolle nach AQL-Vorgaben für intern und extern produzierte Ware, Rohmaterialien und Halbfertigprodukte
- Durchführung von Prozesskontrollen gemäß internen Vorgaben.
- Bewertung, Freigabe und Sperrung von Ware nach durchgeführter Qualitätsprüfung
- Aufbau und Prüfung von Produktionsmustern nach Vorgabe
- Erstellung, Pflege und Ablage von AQL - Prüfberichten
- Pflege von Prüfanweisungen und Checklisten
Reklamationsmanagement
- Analyse und Kommunikation von Qualitätsabweichungen an die Fachbereiche
- Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen
- Mitarbeit bei Sonderprüfungen sowie Korrektur und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
Internationale Zusammenarbeit
- Durchführung ud dUnterstützung von Schulungen zu Qualitätsanforderungen, Prüfmethoden und Kundenstandards
- Ansprechpartner für qualitätsrelevante Fragestellungen im internationalen Produktionsumfeld
Qualifikation
- Hauptschulabschluss / mittlere Reife oder abgeschlossene technische/kaufmännische Ausbildung; alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, AQL-Prüfungen und Dokumentation; Grundwissen der DIN EN ISO 9001
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und Outlook
- Kenntnisse der Papier- und Verpackungsindustrie sowie deren Qualitätsanforderungen sind von Vorteil
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher; Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise; Qualitätsbewusstsein; Kommunikationsfähigkeit; Durchsetzungsvermögen; Teamfähigkeit
- Reisebereitschaft von mind. 50%
