Social Media ist für dich kein Kanal, auf den man eine Kampagne am Ende noch irgendwie draufadaptiert. Sondern ein Ort, an dem Marken Teil von Kultur werden können.
Du weißt, was Menschen zum Stoppen, Teilen, Kommentieren oder Weiterschicken bringt. Du erkennst einen guten Insight oder einen Trend, bevor daraus eine Idee wird – und eine gute Idee, bevor daraus Content wird. Und du kannst beides: konzipieren und schreiben.
Wir suchen eine Senior Social Media Creative (Concept & Copy), der oder die Social Media versteht, Ideen entwickelt und Marken wie Oberbräu und der AOK Baden-Württemberg eine Stimme gibt, die man nach zwei Sekunden nicht wieder vergessen hat.
Damit bringst du uns weiter
- Du entwickelst Social-first-Ideen und kreative Konzepte für Marken, Kampagnen und Always-on-Kommunikation
- Du übersetzt Strategie, Cultural Insights und Plattformmechaniken in Ideen, die Menschen tatsächlich interessieren
- Du konzipierst und textest vom ersten Gedanken bis zur fertigen Umsetzung: Hooks, Headlines, Captions, Scripts, Formate und Kampagnenideen
- Du denkst nicht einfach TikTok oder Meta – du verstehst, warum Menschen sich dort wie verhalten
- Du entwickelst Ideen gemeinsam mit unseren anderen Crafts weiter
- Du präsentierst deine Konzepte überzeugend – intern genauso wie bei unseren Kunden
- Du gibst Feedback, schärfst Ideen und hebst gemeinsam mit anderen die kreative Messlatte
Das wünschen wir uns von dir
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Konzeption, Copywriting und Kreation, idealerweise in einer Kreativ-, Social- oder Digitalagentur
- Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Sprache, Tonalität, Storytelling und Marken
- Erfahrung mit Social-first-Kampagnen, Content-Formaten und Bewegtbild
- Ein gutes Verständnis dafür, was eine starke Markenidee von einem kurzfristigen Trend unterscheidet
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Popkultur, Plattformen, Communities, Content Creators und neuen Technologien
- Sehr gutes Deutsch (C2) und ein sicheres Gefühl für englische Copy (B2+) Die beschriebenen Punkte entsprechen unserer Wunschvorstellung. Du kannst noch nicht alle Checkboxen abhaken, aber denkst, du könntest dich in der Position wohlfühlen? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.
