Werkstudent (m/w/d) - Lieferpartner-Akquise & Datenpflege
Deine Aufgaben
Als Mitglied unseres Carrier-Netzwerk-Teams hilfst du dabei, unsere Partnerschaften mit kleinen und mittelständischen Transportunternehmen auszubauen. Unser unschlagbares Argument hilft dir dabei: Du kannst ihnen zusätzliche Umsätze verschaffen, ohne dass sie fixe Kosten haben. Es ist die perfekte Einstiegsrolle für ein langfristiges Engagement in unserem 100 % remote Unternehmen mit über 40 Teammitgliedern.
Wichtig zu wissen: Diese Stelle besteht zu ca. 90 % aus Telefonieren (Kaltakquise, Nachfassen) und der anschließenden Anlage der Daten in unseren Systemen. Wenn du dir eine Stelle mit wenig Telefonarbeit vorstellst, ist das hier nicht die richtige Position für dich.
- Telefonische Kaltakquise von Transportunternehmen als neue Lieferpartner
- Erstqualifizierung am Telefon: Fuhrpark, Fahrzeugtypen, Einsatzgebiet, Kapazitäten, grundlegende Anforderungen
- Telefonische Nachfassung bei Unternehmen, die auf unsere E-Mails nicht reagiert haben (z.B. weil sie im Spam-Ordner gelandet sind)
- Akquise von Transportunternehmen für Filialstandorte unserer Großkunden im Rahmen einzelner Projekte
- KI-gestützte Anlage, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Partner- und Kontaktdaten in unseren Systemen
- Dokumentation von Gesprächen, Ergebnissen und Follow-ups nach klaren Vorgaben
- Interne Kommunikation mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Vertrieb, Key Account und Operations
Dein Profil
Wir suchen Studierende, die wirklich Lust auf das Thema Transportlogistik haben, und auch daran interessiert sind, nach dem Studium weiter einen gemeinsamen Weg zu gehen (z. B. Thesis im Unternehmen, Praktika, Übernahme nach Studium).
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in mit Schwerpunkt Logistik und kannst zuverlässig 20h/Woche arbeiten (und in vorlesungsfreien Zeiten gerne mehr)
- Du telefonierst gerne und zeichnest dich durch deine kommunikative Art aus. Das ist der Kern der Stelle, nicht nur ein Teilaspekt davon. Rechne mit mehreren Stunden Telefonarbeit täglich.
- Du bleibst freundlich, auch wenn du „Neins“ bekommst
- Klare Kommunikation, saubere Dokumentation, Zuverlässigkeit
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gute Selbstorganisation
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mind. C1), Englisch ist ein Plus, weitere Fremdsprachen ebenso
