Social Media & Cooperation Manager - auf Werkstudi Basis

Zum Portfolio gehören unter anderem Flowers for Society, RETERNITY und weitere aufstrebende Lifestyle- und Fashion-Brands. Von unserem Standort in Hamburg aus entwickeln wir Marken weiter, setzen kreative Kampagnen um und schaffen Produkte mit Charakter.
Für unsere Sneaker-Brand Flowers for Society suchen wir ab sofort einen Social Media & Kooperation Assistant (m/w/d) auf Werkstudentenbasis. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du ausschließlich für Flowers for Society und unterstützt das Brand-Team dabei, die Social-Media-Präsenz, Community und Creator-Kooperationen der Marke weiter auszubauen.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Content für Instagram, TikTok und weitere Social-Media-Kanäle von Flowers for Society
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Präsenz der Marke
- Entwicklung neuer Content-Ideen sowie Beobachtung aktueller Social-Media- und Lifestyle-Trends
- Betreuung der Community und Beantwortung von Nachrichten und Kommentaren
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau von Loyalty- und Affiliate-Programmen
- Recherche und Kommunikation mit Influencern, Creatorn und Kooperationspartnern
- Organisation und Koordination von Product Seedings sowie Influencer-Kampagnen
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Foto-, Video- und Content-Produktionen
- Organisation von Content-Assets sowie Produktmustern für Shootings und Kampagnen
- Pflege von Content- und Kampagnenplänen sowie Erstellung einfacher Performance-Reportings
Qualifikation
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media, Content Marketing oder Influencer Marketing von Vorteil
- Begeisterung für Sneaker, Fashion, Running und moderne Lifestyle-Brands
- Sicherer Umgang mit Instagram, TikTok und aktuellen Social-Media-Trends
- Kreatives Gespür für Content, Storytelling und Markenkommunikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Canva sowie der Adobe Creative Suite
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
