Buena (backed by GV) macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Ob Suchen, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung. Wir tun das, indem wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen und in Technologieunternehmen verwandeln. Deine Aufgaben
Buena wächst durch Übernahmen. Wenn wir eine neue Verwaltung kaufen, müssen ganze Teams schnell neu aufgestellt werden. Das People Team steuert diesen Prozess.
Du übernimmst gesamte Bewerbungsprozesse. Du suchst Kandidaten, erstellst Scorecards, führst Gespräche und stimmst dich eng mit unseren Teams ab.
Du verantwortest Budgets im hohen fünfstelligen Bereich. Du identifizierst neues Tooling und steuerst Kaufprozesse von Anfang bis Ende.
Du entwickelst deutschlandweite Recruiting und HR Systeme. Du erfindest die People Systeme, die uns ermöglichen auf >1,000 Mitarbeiter zu wachsen und rollst sie aus.
Du triffst Geschäftsführer unserer Unternehmen und besprichst Personalthemen mit diesen. Du verbesserst die HR Prozesse unserer Unternehmen deutschlandweit.
Du passt, wenn du
Fließend (C2-Level) Deutsch sprichst und ein gutes Level an Englisch mitbringst.
In-office arbeiten möchtest. Unser Büro ist in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin.
Eigenverantwortlich arbeitest. Die meisten unserer Teammitglieder waren selbstständig oder haben Leistungssport betrieben.
Extrem Kommunikationsstark bist. Dir sollte regelmäßiger und direkter Austausch sehr wichtig sein.
Sehr ambitioniert bist. Eine durchschnittliche People Division führt zu einem durchschnittlichen Buena. Du solltest sehr hohe Ambitionen mitbringen.
