Dein Wirkungsfeld
Als Werkstudent*in im Bereich Carrier Management hast du die Möglichkeit Teil eines tollen Teams zu sein, erste Erfahrungen im Lieferantenmanagement im Umfeld der deutschen Telekommunikationsunternehmen zu sammeln und einen wichtigen Beitrag zum unternehmerischen Erfolg von Plusnet zu leisten.
Dein Aufgabenfeld
Auswerten und übersichtliche Darstellung von Verträgen
Unterstützen von Onboarding Projekten inkl. Erstellen von Reportings
Prüfen von Rechnungen und Mitwirken beim Digitalisierungsprozess
Bestellen, Ändern und Kündigen von Datenleitungen bei unseren Vorlieferanten
Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten in den jeweiligen Systemen
Das bringst du mit
Du absolvierst aktuell ein Studium mit Bezug zu den Bereichen BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
Du hast die Möglichkeit ca. 1 Mal pro Woche ins Büro (Köln Ossendorf) zu kommen
Du punktest durch dein offenes und kommunikatives Auftreten und bist motiviert, dein Engagement bei uns aktiv einzubringen
Dazu bringst du eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und Verbindlichkeit mit
Dich zeichnet eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise aus, auch bei wechselnden Aufgabenstellungen und neuen Herausforderungen
Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket mit
Du hast Spaß daran, mit Zahlen (im Rechnungsumfeld) zu arbeiten
