Senior Data Quality & Assurance Analyst
Are you passionate about investigating data issues and improving data quality to drive better business decisions?
At Frontline Group, data is central to how we serve our customers, support our partners, and enable informed business outcomes. We're looking for a Senior Data Quality & Assurance Analyst to play an important role in helping ensure our data is accurate, dependable, and fit for purpose across operational and reporting systems.
If you're passionate about data quality, enjoy working collaboratively to improve processes, and take a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to understanding data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
We're looking for someone who can strengthen existing ways of working, build strong relationships across technical and business teams, and work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities, improve controls, and deliver high-quality data that supports business performance and informed decision-making.
Please note this role includes participation in an early start rota, which involves a 6:00am start Monday to Friday on alternate weeks to support operational requirements.
We offer an informal hybrid working model, with a minimum of 8 office days every 4 weeks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor and review data quality across systems, pipelines, and reporting environments.
- Explore data issues, identify underlying causes, and work closely with teams to improve data accuracy at source.
- Develop, test, and maintain data quality controls to help ensure critical business data remains accurate and dependable.
- Review end-to-end data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen controls.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across data quality processes, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Work with Data Engineers, data owners, and business stakeholders to provide clear insights, influence improvements, and support business outcomes.
What we're looking for:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven experience investigating data issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Good SQL skills and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience analysing and reconciling data across multiple systems and sources.
- Strong understanding of data flows, data quality controls, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience using BI/reporting tools.
- Working knowledge of SAS.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Even if you don’t meet every requirement, we’d still love to hear from you. If you’re excited about the role and believe you could be a great fit, we encourage you to apply.
Please note Frontline Group is unable to provide sponsorship for this role.
