Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Social Media Team liegt dein Schwerpunkt auf Community Management: auf Kommentare und Nachrichten reagieren, Gespräche anstoßen und Engagement gezielt erhöhen.

Deine Aufgaben
Du bist der erste Kontaktpunkt für die Community - du antwortest auf Kommentare, DMs, Mentions und förderst aktiv die Konversation
Du denkst Konzepte nicht nur aus, sondern weiter - du unterstützt bei neuen Strategien und bringst deine eigenen, frischen Ideen ein
Du hältst die Fäden in der Hand - du unterstützt bei Redaktionsabläufe und Briefings für Design- und Produktionsteams, die auf den Punkt sitzen
Du bist live dabei, wenn Ideen Form annehmen - du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Content-Produktionen
Dein Profil
Du bist aktuell an einer Uni oder FH eingeschrieben (z. B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Digital Business, Journalismus oder ähnliches)
Deutsch und Englisch? Kannst du beides easy: Du drückst dich in Wort und Schrift flüssig aus und hast in beiden Sprachen ein starkes Sprachgefühl für die richtige Tonlage
Du hast schon erste Erfahrungen im Community Management gesammelt und weißt, wie man auf Instagram, TikTok oder LinkedIn guten Content plant, erstellt und ausspielt
Du hast ein Gespür für Sprache und Tonlagen: Du triffst den richtigen Vibe für verschiedene Brands, schreibst schnell und weißt, wie man online freundlich, respektvoll und authentisch kommuniziert
Trends landen bei dir nicht erst Wochen später auf der For You Page: Du feierst kreativen Content, digitale Trends und hast Bock, Redaktionspläne aktiv mitzugestalten
Du hast Bock auf Teamwork: Egal ob mit dem internen Team oder externen Partner:innen - du kommunizierst offen und gerne
Nice to have: Du kennst Tools wie Meta Business Suite oder Hootsuite vom Ausprobieren, hast erste Edits in Canva/Adobe gemacht und Begriffe wie KPIs, Engagement oder Paid Social (Meta-/TikTok-Ads) sind dir nicht ganz fremd
