As our Commercial Intelligence Analyst, you will build the structure behind our commercial intelligence, creating clear reporting frameworks, tracking performance, and giving our teams the insights they need to make faster and smarter decisions.
As a Commercial Intelligence Analyst you will work closely with our commercial teams and stakeholders across the organization, combining market intelligence, data analysis, and business understanding in a fast-moving international environment.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain a structured commercial intelligence process that captures relevant market developments, customer signals, and competitor activity.
- Develop detailed competitor analyses across our product lines and keep them current as the market evolves.
- Turn market data into actionable insights, identifying emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and trends that can influence our commercial strategy.
- Create a collaborative intelligence framework that enables commercial teams to contribute insights and share knowledge across markets and geographies.
- Prepare recurring market intelligence reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track commercial performance against team and individual targets.
- Establish clear reporting cycles and ensure commercial data is accurate, consistent, and easy to use.
- Deliver ad hoc commercial analyses to support management decisions and strategic priorities.
- Support strategic initiatives including market entry assessments, partnerships, and M&A related projects.
- Work closely with commercial and other cross-functional teams to ensure intelligence and reporting are aligned with business priorities.
- Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting frameworks as Destinus scales.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or another relevant field.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, consulting, market intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and commercial performance analysis.
- Ability to design and implement structured processes for collecting, organizing, and sharing intelligence.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience building KPI dashboards and management reporting.
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, functions and geographies.
