
Sr. Product Manager - AI Growth

Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – AI Growth to drive adoption, engagement, and monetization across HighLevel’s AI product suite. This role is designed for builder PMs who combine strong product instincts with hands-on execution. You will operate as a “Team of One” product owner responsible for identifying growth opportunities, shipping experiments, and building AI-powered experiences that increase product usage and revenue.
What You’ll Do
AI Growth Strategy
- Identify where AI can most meaningfully improve activation, retention, expansion, and
revenue.
- Translate AI capabilities into clear user value and growth loops.
- Define the roadmap for AI-driven adoption across HighLevel products.
Activation & Adoption
- Own the AI usage funnel: discovery → activation → depth → retention → expansion.
- Design onboarding, prompts, and product experiences that make AI features easy and valuable
to use.
- Improve AI discoverability and engagement across the product.
Experimentation & Growth Engineering
- Run rapid growth experiments across UX, pricing, feature access, and messaging.
- Prototype experiments using AI development tools and lightweight coding frameworks.
- Partner with engineering to scale successful experiments.
Monetization & Pricing
- Identify opportunities to monetize AI capabilities through pricing, packaging, and usage-based
models.
- Partner with GTM teams to launch and iterate on AI offerings.
Analytics & Insights
- Define metrics including activation, WAU/MAU, feature depth, and expansion revenue.
- Instrument events and analyze funnels to guide iteration.

Minimum Qualifications
- 8–10 years of product management experience
- Experience working on growth, adoption, or monetization problems
- Experience shipping AI-powered features or products
- Strong data-driven decision making
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on coding or prototyping experience (1–2+ years)
- Experience with LLM APIs, AI tools, or agent frameworks
- Familiarity with SaaS growth loops and product-led growth
- Portfolio, GitHub, or prototypes demonstrating builder capability
