(Senior) Produktmanager (m/w/d)
Ihre Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest die Produkt-Roadmap und übersetzt unsere Produktstrategie in eine priorisierte, transparent kommunizierte Planung – inklusive der agilen Anpassungen, wenn sich Markt oder Kundenbedürfnisse verändern.
- Du betreibst Product Discovery und bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Sales und Customer Success: Du synthetisierst Feedback aus Support, Ideenmanagement und Markt und nutzt unsere KI-Tools, um Signale schneller auszuwerten.
- Du priorisierst Features und Verbesserungen, triffst nachvollziehbare Abwägungsentscheidungen und verantwortest unser Ideenmanagement.
- Du definierst Anforderungen auf Problemebene – du formulierst User Stories und den groben Rahmen (das Was und Warum), während die fachliche Detailausarbeitung gemeinsam mit dem Team erfolgt.
- Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere Produktprozesse, koordinierst Teams und Tickets entlang ihres Lifecycles und hältst Changelogs und Dokumentation aktuell – Tickets zu schreiben gehört dazu, ist aber nicht deine Hauptaufgabe.
- Du treibst unsere AI First Culture aktiv mit voran: Du nutzt KI-Tools wie Claude für Research, Edge-Case-Analysen und Konzeption, teilst Best Practices und hilfst dem Team, smarter zu arbeiten.
Ihr Profil
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement mit, idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld – du hast Produkte oder Features von der Idee bis zum Release verantwortet und darin Erfahrung, Produkt- und Entwicklungsprozesse aufzusetzen und zu verbessern.
- Du kannst Umsetzbarkeit einschätzen und mit dem Dev-Team auf Augenhöhe sprechen. Erfahrung im GRC-, Compliance- oder Security-Umfeld ist ein zusätzliches Plus.
- Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und fühlst dich in der Abstimmung mit Kunden, Entwicklung, Sales und Management gleichermaßen wohl.
- Du hast Lust, unsere AI First Kultur mitzugestalten – du probierst neue KI-Tools aus, bewertest ihren Output kritisch und integrierst sie sinnvoll in deinen Arbeitsalltag.
- Du bringst einen kollaborativen Führungsstil und echten Gestaltungswillen mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Neben dem Home-Office schätzt du auch den Austausch mit Kollegen und das Teamgefühl vor Ort.
