Als aufstrebendes Unternehmen für Immobiliendienstleistungen im Bereich der Vermarktung, Sanierung, Energieberatung und Hausverwaltung suchen wir Dich, um unser Team als technischer Mitarbeiter für Gebäudeaufnahmen zu unterstützen.
Aufgaben
Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:
- Vor-Ort-Termine beim Kunden zur Gebäudeerfassung
- Detaillierte Gebäudeaufnahme von Wohnimmobilien
- Abgleich der Kundenangaben mit unserer Checkliste
- Aufbereitung der Unterlagen für unsere Energieberater
- Fotodokumentation der Kundenobjekte
Qualifikation
Und nun zu Dir:
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis von Immobilien und eine hohe Auffassungsgabe
- Du hast im besten Fall bereits Erfahrungen im Handwerk gesammelt
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du besitzt eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
- Du bist aufgeschlossen und offen gegenüber unseren Kunden
