Energieberater/in Hannover Garbsen Energie-Effizienz-Experte Gebäudeenergieberater (m/w/d)
Du bist der erste strategische Partner für unsere Kunden. Du übersetzt den Ist-Zustand eines Gebäudes in einen zukunftssicheren Sanierungsfahrplan und vertrittst diesen souverän – auch vor großem Publikum.
Aufgaben
- Präzise Bestandsaufnahme: Du führst Vor-Ort-Termine durch und erkennst Bauteilaufbauten und Anlagentechnik auf den ersten Blick.
- iSFP-Modellierung: Du erstellst hochwertige Sanierungsfahrpläne (idealerweise mit Hottgenroth) und nutzt CAD-Modellierungen für eine exakte Datengrundlage.
- Ergebnis-Präsentation: Du präsentierst deine Konzepte sicher gegenüber Hauseigentümern und überzeugst auch in größeren Versammlungen (z. B. WEGs) durch Fachkompetenz und rhetorisches Geschick.
Qualifikation
- Gelisteter EEE: Du stehst bereits in der dena-Expertenliste für Wohngebäude
- Technik-Profi: Bauteiltypologien und komplexe Anlagentechnik sind dein tägliches Handwerkszeug
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und besitzt gute PC-Kenntnisse
- Du hast im besten Fall bereits Berufserfahrung mit Hottgenroth
