**Help Desk Junior**:
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno di un team strutturato e sarà coinvolta nelle attività di supporto tecnico agli utenti, sia lato hardware che software.
What are we looking for?
Laurea in Informatica o percorso equivalente;
Esperienza pratica nel ruolo di almeno 6 mesi;
Comprovata competenza in attività di service desk di 1° livello;
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2);
Disponibilità a trasferte.
**Key attitudes**:
Supporto agli utenti aziendali;
Installazione, configurazione e assistenza su PC Desktop, Notebook, Tablet e stampanti;
Gestione delle problematiche hardware e software;
Gestione dei ticket tramite sistema di trouble ticketing.
