- Support the HPO program for the defined plants.
- Complete the TPM Assessment exercise according to the required framework as you guide the on-going TPM progress according to the Global & Regional Master plans.
- Complete regular Plant Health Checks to ensure the plant continues to operate to TPM governance model.
- Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP) Responsible for the Plant’s involvement.
- Participate and/or lead different program workstreams such as Regional AM Pillar leader or SCLQ Leader. **Some Details about the position**: - ** This position has flexible location in Europe.**
- In this role you should have 30% of business travels. **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or similar.
- 6 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
- 5 years of experience with TPM Principals and methods (5S, All TPM Pillars, visual management, Kaizen, Gemba)
- Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, including team building, understanding motivation and negotiation techniques and providing work direction to others. **Preferred Qualifications**: - 10 years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment
- Experience in cross-functional project or program management
- Experience leading process improvement projects for special chemical processes
- Experience working with the implementation and oversight of Operational Excellence initiatives in a manufacturing environment
