Vous contribuez au bien-être des personnes âgées en apportant écoute, soins attentifs et soutien quotidien - Vous dispensez les soins d'hygiène et de confort avec respect et bienveillance - Vous observez l'état de santé et transmettez les informations essentielles à l'équipe - Vous participez activement à la vie de l'établissement avec polyvalence et engagement
