This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and is passionate about delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

Day to day, you’ll

What matters most in this role

Your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential in this role.

You will need to be organised and have the ability to juggle multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. We expect you to go the extra mile to understand trends and candidate expectations within our markets, delivering accurate information and advice to hiring managers.

You will be the first point of contact for candidates and be motivated to deliver the best possible service and candidate journey. This is a fast-paced environment so your ability to adapt to moving priorities and deadlines is essential.

What we expect of you

  • Experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or resourcing role.
  • Previous experience recruiting within property, real estate, facilities management, surveying, construction, or professional services environments would be beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workable.
