Soulhouse ist ein schnell wachsendes Self-Care Scale-up mit der Mission, die #1 für Modern Bodywork in Europa zu werden. Wir bieten Premium Massagen, Assisted Stretching und Facework in stilvollen Studios und helfen monatlich tausenden Menschen, sich rundum wohlzufühlen. In den nächsten Jahren folgen über 100 weitere Standorte in Europa. Neben unseren Studios wächst auch unser E-Commerce mit eigenen Self-Care-Produkten stark weiter.
Deine Rolle
Als Influencer / Brand Relations & Content Creator (m/w/d) bist du unser lokaler Hebel in Berlin. Du wartest nicht auf Briefings – du gehst raus, baust Beziehungen zu Influencern & Marken auf, produzierst Content vor Ort und machst Soulhouse in der Stadt sichtbar.
Deine Kernaufgaben:
Influencer Relations:
Auswahl, Outreach und Betreuung lokaler Influencer & Creator – mit dem Ziel, starke und authentische Partnerschaften aufzubauen.
Content Creation vor Ort:
Produktion von Reels, Stories, Fotos und Posts mit echtem Wien-Feeling – in enger Abstimmung mit der Social Media Managerin im HQ.
Lokale Partnerships:
Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Hotels, Gyms, Concept Stores sowie Wellness- und Lifestyle-Brands zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz.
Events & Activations:
Organisation kleiner Formate vor Ort sowie Koordination von Studio Visits und Influencer-Terminen.
Marktverständnis & Expansion:
Du nutzt dein Gespür für rheinländische Konsumenten und bringst wertvolle Learnings für unsere weitere Expansion im Rheinland mit.
Reporting & Abstimmung:
Regelmäßiger Austausch mit dem HQ zu Aktivitäten, Reichweiten und Learnings.
Das bringst du mit
Erfahrung:
1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in Content Creation, Influencer Relations oder Partnerships.
Netzwerk & Marktverständnis:
Du bist in Köln bzw. in Düsseldorf wohnhaft, lokal vernetzt und hast ein gutes Gespür für die Influencer- und Creator-Landschaft.
Content Skills:
Starke Fähigkeiten in der Erstellung von Social Media Content mit einem Gefühl für Ästhetik, Trends und Storytelling.
Arbeitsweise:
Hands-on, eigenständig und operativ stark in der Umsetzung.
Tools:
Sicher im Umgang mit Tools wie Microsoft 365, Claude, Asana & Modash.
Sprachen:
Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
