Process Control Engineer
- Start-up and operation of the pilot plant
- Supervision in Installation, commissioning, validation, and performance testing.
- Assisting the senior operations team in achieving the KPIs
- Coordinate the site regarding site preparation, utilities, and tie-ins.
- Preparation of Operating manuals and other documents associated with Plant Operation.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with all Safety regulations.
- Manage and plan workforce to implement installation, commisioning and working of Pilot plant trials.
- Always, drive all trials keeping HSE as top priority.
- Operate, monitor and troubleshoot the manufacturing process
- Good Root cause analysis and troubleshooting mindset in process operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with 3 to 5 years of field experience
- Hands-on experience with start-ups and troubleshooting of Chemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer etc. plants.
- Hands on experience in PLC/DCS operation is a must.
- Installation, commissioning, and operations experience
- Expected to work in shifts as per business needs.
- 24 days holiday per year plus 10 gazette public holidays
