Au cœur d'un établissement de soins de suite et réadaptation situé dans un cadre calme des Cévennes, vous contribuerez activement aux soins des patients.
- Assurer la prise en charge globale des patients en collaboration avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire
- Administrer les traitements prescrits et surveiller leur efficacité
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et la mise à jour des dossiers de soins
- Participer aux réunions de concertation et aux actions de prévention
- Garantir la qualité et la sécurité des soins prodigués à chaque patient
Pour ce poste, vous profitez de :
- Contrat: CDI DE NUIT L'établissement recherche un(e) Infirmier(e) de (F/H) motivé(e) et professionnel(le) pour intégrer une équipe pluridisciplinaire.
- Maîtrise des soins infirmiers de base et des protocoles de santé
- Capacité d'adaptation face à des horaires de travail en roulements de 12h
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire dans un cadre calme
- Diplôme d'État d'infirmier(ère) requis pour ce poste
- Sens de l'écoute et empathie envers les patients en réadaptation
