  • Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings with clients and stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
  • Conduct detailed schedule impact and delay analyses, supporting claims, forecasts, and recovery plans.
  • Champion best practices in schedule management and project controls across the organization.
  • Prepare high-quality schedule and progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and client use.
  • Maintain a strong focus on Health & Safety standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable acts, regulations, and codes.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development and consistency in scheduling practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • College or university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in project scheduling within an engineering, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
  • Deep understanding of the Critical Path Method (CPM), project controls principles, and earned value management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple schedules across complex projects with competing priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of construction disciplines, safety regulations, quality, and cost control.
  • Consulting experience and exposure to multiple sectors (infrastructure, energy, transportation, etc.) are strong assets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and organizational maturity.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard business hours.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
