As a Field Marketing Manager at Siteimprove, you will lead the strategy and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives that drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and brand growth across international markets, with a primary focus on our EU markets. This role owns regional field marketing strategy and associated pipeline targets, translating global priorities into locally relevant, scalable programs that directly support revenue objectives.

You are an experienced strategic partner to regional sales leadership, responsible for shaping integrated inbound and outbound marketing programs, influencing go-to-market plans, and optimizing investment based on performance insights. With a deep understanding of regional market dynamics and buyer behavior, you will proactively identify growth opportunities, guide program prioritization, and continuously refine field marketing approaches through data-driven analysis. This role also serves as a key connector between global marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency, and measurable business impact.

What you will be doing
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
Own the regional field marketing strategy, developing and executing integrated, multi-channel plans that align with global priorities while addressing regional market dynamics to drive sustained demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand impact to meet regional pipe goals.
  • Event Strategy and Management:
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact regional and multi-market events—including conferences, trade shows, executive programs, webinars, and roadshows—ensuring clear objectives, strong sales alignment, and measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.

  • Campaign Localization and Optimization:
Serve as the regional expert in adapting and scaling global campaigns, ensuring they are localized effectively to meet market needs, resonate with target audiences, and deliver consistent brand messaging while maximizing performance.

  • Demand Generation and Funnel Ownership:
Design, execute, and optimize comprehensive demand generation and lead nurturing programs across the full buyer journey, partnering with sales to influence pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes.

  • Sales Partnership and Stakeholder Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, collaborating on go-to-market planning, account-based initiatives, and territory priorities to improve lead quality, sales enablement, and overall marketing impact.

  • Performance Measurement and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and leverage market insights to continuously optimize programs, inform investment decisions, and clearly communicate results and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

  • Integrated Multi-Channel Campaign Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of integrated campaigns across email, digital advertising, social, and other channels, ensuring cohesive execution, consistent messaging, and alignment from strategy through delivery.

  • Brand Leadership and Regional Positioning:
Champion brand consistency and positioning across assigned regions, ensuring a strong, differentiated, and locally relevant brand presence across all field marketing initiatives.

  • Budget Ownership and Resource Allocation:
Own and manage regional field marketing budgets, making strategic investment decisions to maximize ROI, scale high-performing initiatives, and balance short-term impact with long-term growth.

  • Marketing Technology and Enablement:
Leverage and optimize marketing technology platforms—including Pardot, HubSpot, 6sense, and CRM systems—to improve campaign execution, targeting, measurement, and reporting, while driving best practices across the region.

  • Additional Leadership Contributions:
Contribute to broader field marketing initiatives, mentor junior team members as needed, and support cross-functional projects that advance regional and global marketing objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience delivering complex, multi-market marketing programs.
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce), with experience leveraging these tools to support segmentation, attribution, reporting, and optimization at scale.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of using data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making, prioritize investments, and optimize field marketing outcomes.
  • Extensive experience planning and executing integrated field marketing programs, including high-impact regional events, webinars, digital campaigns, and account-based initiatives, with clear contribution to pipeline performance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid and organic tactics, and how they integrate with field and sales-led motions across the buyer journey.
  • Excellent program and project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, manage dependencies, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and serve as a trusted partner to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) as part of a hybrid work model combining office-based and remote collaboration.
