Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir für unseren Standort Berlin Unterstützung durch eine Studentische Hilfskraft (m/w/d) im Umfang von 10 h / Woche.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung im Rechnungs- und Mahnwesen
- Überwachung der ein- und ausgehenden Korrespondenz
- Vorbereitung von Mahn- und Klageverfahren
- Aktenpflege und Aktenfortführung
Ihr Profil
- Sie sind eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) an einer (Fach-)Hochschule
- Hohe Motivation sowie gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Eigeninitiative, die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu selbstständigem Arbeiten
- Offenheit und Wissbegierde
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
