Au sein d'un établissement clinique, vous assurez des soins de dialyse précis, attentifs et toujours bien branchés - Préparer, installer et surveiller les séances de dialyse sur générateurs Fresenius 6008 - Évaluer les paramètres cliniques, appliquer les prescriptions et intervenir rapidement face aux urgences - Garantir la traçabilité des soins, l'hygiène hospitalière et un accompagnement rassurant des patientes et patients Vous êtes un infirmier ou une infirmière de dialyse rigoureux(se), réactif(ve) et attentif(ve) aux patients - Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier et justifiez d'au moins un an en dialyse - Vous maîtrisez l'installation, la programmation et la surveillance des générateurs Fresenius 6008 - Vous évaluez les paramètres cliniques, adaptez les protocoles et gérez les urgences avec sang-froid - Vous alliez écoute, esprit d'équipe et traçabilité rigoureuse, sans jamais perdre le fil des soins
