Back Office Logistico
- Aggiornerai il file magazzino
- Caricherai DDT su Microsoft Teams
- Recupererai e verificherai il funzionamento del materiale e, eventualmente, ti occuperai dell’invio in assistenza
- Ti dedicherai all’acquisto di nuovo materiale
- Definirai con il Front Office Manager/Resident Manager lo stock di materiale necessario da tenere in magazzino
- Attiverai la manutenzione per attività di ripristino/riparazione arredi con supervisione del Resident Manager
- Ti occuperai dell’allestimento degli spazi indicati negli Ordini di Servizio (in caso di eventi)
- Gestirai i magazzini e ricoprirai la funzione di fattorino (ritiro e recapito della corrispondenza, commissioni, consegne ecc.)
- Riporterai non conformità riscontrate all’interno degli spazi CampusX al Front Office Manager/Resident Manager
- Ti occuperai dei Check-out dei clienti, interfacciandoti con la Reception
- Darai supporto al Front Office Manager/Resident Manager nella verifica delle attività dei fornitori **REQUISITI**: - Diploma
- Capacità di gestione magazzino (carico-scarico)
- Prevista esperienza pregressa di almeno 1 anno
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
