Siamo alla ricerca di un **TECNICO HELP DESK** per presidio nella zona di Padova. La persona si occuperà di fornire assistenza técnica da remoto e on-site. Sede di lavoro : Padova (PD) **Requisiti**: - Che competenze devi avere?_
- Saper fornire assistenza di 1° livello agli utenti sia da remoto che di persona (supporto e preparazione macchine client)
- creazione utenze e messa a dominio PC
- Conoscenza e competenza Client Microsoft
- Saper fornire assistenza su stampanti
- Richiesta conoscenza della piattaforma Office 365- In possesso di patente B e automunito per eventuali interventi sul territorio
- Almeno un anno di esperienza nello stesso ruolo
- Passione per le nuove tecnologie e capacità/motivazione alla formazione continua
- Capacità di ascolto attivo verso l’utente e attitudine alla risoluzione di problemi
- Attitudine al lavoro in Team e spirito collaborativo
- Diploma di scuola superiore in ambito informatico (preferenziale)
- Partita IVA (preferenziale)
