Influencer Marketing Assistant
At Wonderskin, we believe beauty should be effortless, long-lasting, and transformative and we have built a brand that proves it. Powered by patented Wonder Blading technology, we have cracked the code on long-wear beauty, delivering bold, flawless results that speak for themselves.
We're a fast-growing brand with a passionate global community, and we thrive on creativity, experimentation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional beauty. Now we're looking for an Influencer Marketing Assistant to help power our creator partnerships and content pipeline, someone who is organised, relationship-driven, and knows how to turn great creators into great content.
If you're passionate about influencer marketing, love building relationships with creators, and want to be part of a brand where science meets self-expression, you might just be our kind of person.
This role is based at our HQ in Nine Elms, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays worked from home.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll work closely with the wider marketing team. In your role as Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will be expected to perform the following key duties:
Creator Outreach & Partnerships
- Manage outreach to identify and connect with suitable creators for the brand.
- Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with creators, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Wonderskin brand and tone.
- Assist with influencer and partnership coordination across campaigns and always-on activity.
UGC Sourcing & Content Pipeline
- Source UGC (User Generated Content) from creators and the wider community.
- Manage the flow of incoming content, keeping an organised pipeline from brief through to delivery.
- Ensure a steady, reliable stream of content that supports campaigns, launches, and brand priorities.
Quality Control
- Conduct a first review of all incoming content, checking it against the brief and Wonderskin's standards for quality, tone, and brand alignment. All content must be approved by the Head of Partnerships before final use.
- Manage feedback and revisions with creators, then submit the final version to the Head of Partnerships for sign-off.
- Support brand consistency across all creator-generated content.
Product Send-Outs & Seeding
- Organise product send-outs to content creators and PR lists, ensuring the right products reach the right people at the right time.
- Keep accurate records of who has received what, and follow up to maximise content return.
- 1–2 years' experience in influencer marketing, PR, social media, or a similar marketing role (beauty/lifestyle highly preferred).
- Eager to learn and grow — this is an ideal role for someone early in their career looking to build a future in influencer marketing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence reaching out to and working with creators.
- Excellent written communication, with the ability to write clear, engaging content briefs.
- A sharp eye for content quality and a strong sense of brand tone and visual identity.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple creators, send-outs, and deadlines at once.
- Comfortable managing logistics, stock, and admin with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and quick-moving when deadlines are tight.
What You Will Gain
From day one, you will be hands-on in one of the most exciting spaces in beauty marketing right now, building creator relationships, shaping content, and seeing your work come to life. This isn't a role where you'll be watching from the sidelines, instead you will get:
- Hands-on experience across influencer marketing, PR, UGC, and content coordination
- Exposure to a high-growth, globally recognised beauty brand with a passionate and engaged audience
- The creative freedom to bring your own ideas forward and see them come to life at scale
- A career path to progress into Influencer Marketing, Social, Brand, or Content roles
- The chance to grow alongside a brand that's still writing its story
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven role with genuine progression opportunities, built for someone ready to make their mark and grow with us.
Our Commitment to You
At Wonderskin, we are committed to building a team that reflects the diversity of the world we live in. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or family status.
We believe diverse perspectives make us a stronger, more creative team, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and can do their best work.
Don't meet every single requirement? That's okay, we didn't write this list expecting to find a perfect match. If you are excited about this role and can tick most of the boxes, we would love to hear from you. We hire for potential, attitude, and passion just as much as experience, so if Wonderskin feels like your kind of place, take the leap and apply.
