Aufgaben
- Steuerung der S/4HANA-Transformation von SAP ECC über mehrere Gesellschaften hinweg und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Cloud-Migration
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des SAP Competence Centres sowie Aufbau eines motivierten Teams mit hoher Veränderungs- und Innovationsbereitschaft
- Entwicklung und Optimierung der SAP-Landschaft zur Unterstützung von Geschäftswachstum, neuen Märkten und innovativen Produkten
- Verantwortung für die Integration von SAP mit relevanten Up- und Downstream-Systemen sowie die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Schnittstellen und Prozesse
- Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Automatisierung und Standardisierung von SAP-Prozessen und Nutzung moderner S/4HANA-Funktionalitäten
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, insbesondere mit S/4HANA sowie den Modulen FI/CO
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Teams sowie in der Steuerung komplexer IT-Transformationsprojekte
- Sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Fachbereichen, Management und C-Level-Stakeholdern
- Strukturierte und unternehmerische Denkweise, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Deutschkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
