Key responsibilities include:

Liaising with shipyards, designers, PR agencies, captains and other industry partners to source information, imagery, quotes and interview opportunities.

Supporting newsletters, social media and wider digital content initiatives.

Contributing to editorial coverage around major international yacht shows, launches and industry events.

Providing executive and administrative support to the leadership team.

Coordinating schedules, meetings, travel and day-to-day business administration.

Providing project support across international events and client activations.

Must live in London, UK.

Strong writing, research and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisation.

An interest in luxury, yachting, design, travel or related industries would be advantageous.

Must have a valid passport and be admissible to the USA.

Hybrid working.

International travel opportunities.

Exposure to world-leading luxury brands, shipyards, designers and industry professionals.

Hands-on experience across editorial, digital media, client content, luxury events and marketing.

A unique opportunity to build a career within the luxury and superyacht media industry.
