Operation Hse Specialist (D/f/m)

As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day activity in the Campus being HSE frontline. You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture. In this role you will be: - Supporting Campus HSE Surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance
- Supporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEAS
- Responsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk Assessment
- Responsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-up
- Responsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)
- Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal Operations
- Acting as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floor
- Responsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision **Fuel your passion** To be successful in this role you will: - Be familiar with HSE operations
- Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.
- Have preferrably ASPP qualification
- Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.
