You will be responsible for<br>identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities with net new customers, operating with a high degree of ownership across the full new business sales cycle.<br><br><strong>Why join Netcraft’s commercial team? </strong><br>You will be joining a high-performing commercial organisation with a strong track record of growth and execution. Over recent years, the team has consistently delivered against target, with:</div> <ul> <li>100%+ attainment against ARR targets across multiple years</li> <li>90%+ of fully ramped Account Executives exceeding annual targets in 2025</li> <li>60%+ year-on-year growth in New Sales ARR in 2025</li> <li>Several of the largest new business deals in company history closed in recent quarters</li> </ul> <div><strong>This is what you’ll be doing, day to day:&nbsp;</strong></div> <ul> <li>Driving net new business across the EMEA region and securing contracts with new enterprise customers against target</li> <li>Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to close</li> <li>Building and maintaining strong pipeline coverage through a combination of self-generated outbound activity and qualified inbound opportunities</li> <li>Prospecting daily through channels such as email, LinkedIn, phone, and strategic outreach</li> <li>Engaging senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, particularly in relation to cybersecurity and digital risk</li> <li>Leading commercial conversations and positioning Netcraft’s value clearly in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles</li> <li>Drafting and delivering compelling proposals, working closely with technical teams where needed to address customer requirements</li> <li>Maintaining accurate pipeline visibility and ensuring Salesforce is updated consistently with high-quality activity and account notes</li> <li>Providing feedback and ideas on ways to shorten sales cycles, improve sales effectiveness, and strengthen Netcraft’s market positioning</li> <li>Conducting all sales activities with a high degree of professionalism, credibility, and integrity</li> </ul> <div><strong>What you’ll need to be successfu</strong>l</div> <ul> <li>Consistent success exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle sales environments</li> <li>A strong track record of measurable achievement, ideally including top-performer recognition such as President’s Club or similar</li> <li>Significant experience in quota-carrying enterprise B2B sales roles, with a strong track record of winning net new business and closing high-value deals</li> <li>Proven ability to generate pipeline independently and create opportunities through proactive outbound activity</li> <li>Strong commercial and discovery skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, build urgency, and progress opportunities effectively</li> <li>Experience selling into regulated industries and/or in cybersecurity, digital risk, fraud, SaaS, or similarly complex technical environments would be highly valuable</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior and executive level</li> <li>Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills</li> <li>A high-ownership mindset, with the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage activity effectively, including customer travel where needed</li> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform</li> <li>A genuine interest in cybersecurity and the ability to build credibility quickly in a technically nuanced market</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p><strong>The Reward Package:</strong></p> <div class="ewa-rteLine"> <ul> <li>33 days annual leave - includes public holidays which can be worked if you prefer</li> <li>Generous enhanced family leave and pay</li> <li>Enhanced company sick pay from day one of employment, with additional support after your first six months’ service</li> <li>Salary sacrifice pension with matched employer contributions up to 5% + NI savings</li> <li>Private health cover, including access to a private GP service</li> <li>Life Assurance at 4 x salary</li> <li>Equity tracking scheme (eligibility criteria apply) - allowing you share in Netcraft's long term success</li> <li>Hybrid and flexible working options</li> <li>Meals, snacks, and drinks provided in the office</li> <li>Comprehensive health, safety, and wellness service available 24/7 for you and your family</li> <li>Two paid Learning &amp; Development days per year plus access to learning resources such as Udemy and Coursera to support your career</li> <li>Two Volunteering Days per year, to allow you to contribute to your wider community or charity</li> <li>Employee Referral Bonus scheme</li> <li>Spot reward bonus scheme to reward truly outstanding contributions&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p></p> <p><strong>Diversity, Equity &amp; Inclusion&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This is deeply important to us.
