Aufgaben
Deine Rolle bei uns
Du verstehst wie man für Tech-Produkte das Marketing umsetzt? Du überzeugst mit deinem Auftreten und begeisterst Unternehmen von unseren Produkten? Als Marketing ManagerIn gestaltest du eine Vielzahl an Channels, welche von großer Bedeutung sind. Deine Aufgaben umfassen dabei:
- Gestalte die Strategie zum Marktangang und Branding und setze dies in die Realität um.
- Verantworte die Marketing- und Salesaktivitäten (z.B. Channel Management, Marktpräsenz, Landingpages)
- Bespiele unsere Marketingkanäle und bereite Content vor (z.B. LinkedIn-Beiträge, Website-Artikel und -Gestaltung, Veranstaltungen)
- Gestalte Success Stories mit unseren Kunden
- Überwache die Marketingaktivitäten mithilfe von KPIs und Tools
Qualifikation
Was du mitbringst
- Berufserfahrung im Marketing, bestenfalls im Kontext von B2B-Software oder Tech-Produkten (z.B. auch durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten) oder starkes Interesse und Growth Mindset
- Gutes Verständnis und Leidenschaft für datengetriebene Produkte und technische Themen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Wortgewandtheit und Überzeugungskraft
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten (fließend Deutsch und Englisch)
- Starke Kunden- und Marktorientierung sowie innovativer und Lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil mit starkem Unternehmergeist
- Motivation ein junges Tech-Unternehmen mitzugestalten und Verantwortung für deine Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
