Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Java 21 and modern web technologies. Build user interfaces using React, TypeScript and Material UI. Implement new features and contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Create and execute tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Take ownership of the product and be responsible for the solutions you build. Proactively contribute ideas and help create innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and business stakeholders. Work in an agile environment using Agile practices. Participate in team planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Meet with your team in our Katowice office at least once a month to plan work, collaborate, and discuss progress. Qualifications Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science. At least 2 years of experience working as a Frontend Developer or Fullstack Developer with React. Experience with object-oriented software development in Java. Knowledge of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and TypeScript. Basic understanding of the React framework, Material UI and concepts such as JSX/TSX, Function Components, Hooks, Custom Hooks, and State Management. Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency. Good familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Experience with code testing and quality assurance practices. Good communication skills in English and Polish and the ability to work effectively within a team. Communication skills in German is a plus. Develop yourself and the digital future – at Reply!
