Social Media & Marketing Creator (m/w/d)
selbstverwalten ist die Software, mit der Wohnungseigentümer-gemeinschaften ihre Verwaltung selbst machen, statt eine teure Hausverwaltung zu bezahlen. Das Thema klingt trocken, betrifft aber Millionen Menschen und ihr Geld, und genau darin steckt die Content-Chance: Wohnung, Nebenkosten, Eigentum sind Themen mit echter Reichweite. Wir sind ein kleines Team aus Hamburg mit großen Plänen.
Aufgaben
- Du baust unsere Social-Media-Kanäle auf und machst aus einem
Nischenthema Inhalte, die Menschen wirklich ansehen: TikTok,
Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn.
- Du konzipierst, drehst und schneidest Kurzvideos, gern auch selbst
vor der Kamera.
- Du beobachtest Trends und Formate und übersetzt sie auf unsere Themen,
KI-Tools für Recherche, Schnitt und Ideen gehören zum Alltag.
- Du misst, was funktioniert, und baust darauf auf, statt ins Blaue
zu posten.
Qualifikation
- Social Media ist dein Zuhause: Du weißt aus eigener Praxis, wie Hooks, Schnitte und Formate funktionieren, nicht nur aus der Theorie.
- Idealerweise hast du schon eigene Reichweite aufgebaut, als Creator oder Influencer, egal auf welcher Plattform und zu welchem Thema.
- Du hast schon Social-Media-Accounts für ein Unternehmen, einen Verein oder ein Projekt betreut, oder willst genau das jetzt richtig machen.
- Du textest sicher auf Deutsch und triffst den Ton verschiedener Plattformen. Ein Abschluss ist keine Voraussetzung.
