Entwickler:in mit KI-Fokus (m/w/d)
ist die Software, mit der Wohnungseigentümer-gemeinschaften ihre Verwaltung selbst machen: Buchhaltung, Hausgeld, Jahresabrechnung, Versammlungen und ein KI-Assistent, der die Routinearbeit übernimmt. Rund zwei Millionen WEGs in Deutschland sind der Markt, wir sind das kleine Team aus Hamburg, das ihn aufräumt. Wir shippen im Wochentakt, was du baust, nutzen echte Eigentümer oft noch am selben Tag.
Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst Features über den ganzen Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, dazu LLMs in Produktion (Beleg-Extraktion, Chat-Assistent mit fast 200 Tools).
- Du arbeitest täglich mit KI-Werkzeugen, vom Coding-Agenten bis zur Extraktions-Pipeline, und lernst, damit wirklich produktiv zu sein.
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen, vom ersten Entwurf bis zum Release.
- Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern, Entscheidungen fallen im Gespräch, nicht im Gremium.
Qualifikation
- Du gehst selbstverständlich mit KI-Tools um und willst herausfinden,wie weit man damit kommt.
- Du hast Grundlagen in TypeScript oder einem modernen Web-Stack. Woher, ist uns egal: Studium, Ausbildung, eigene Projekte, alles zählt. Ein Abschluss ist keine Voraussetzung.
- Du denkst dich schnell in neue Themen ein und arbeitest sorgfältig, gerade weil es bei uns um echtes Geld echter Menschen geht.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, unser Produkt und unsere Kunden sind deutschsprachig.
