Product Lead

Build the product engine behind the next generation of MedTech software.

REMATIQ is building AI software that helps life sciences and medical device companies bring products to market faster, without compromising the quality, traceability and compliance their industry demands.

We work with leading companies including Philips, Siemens Healthineers, B. Braun and Novartis, and have recently closed our Series A.

Now we’re looking for a hands-on Product Lead / Head of Product to help us turn ambitious product direction into exceptional shipped product.

The role

This is a player-coach role for someone who wants real product ownership without moving away from the product itself.

Our founder will continue to lead long-term product strategy, major capability bets and the frontier of where REMATIQ should go.

You will own how we get there.

You’ll take responsibility for the full product execution loop:

Customer insight → product ideas → prioritization → definition → engineering refinement → sprint execution → shipped product → learning.

You’ll lead a growing team of 2–3 Product Managers, raise the quality bar across the product organization, and still directly own one or two of our most important and complex product areas yourself.

You won’t be managing the process from the sidelines. You’ll be in the details with customers, PMs, engineers and designers, making decisions and helping the team ship.

What you’ll do

• Own product execution end to end: Turn strategic direction and customer insight into clear priorities, well-defined product work and shipped outcomes.

• Lead and develop the Product team: Manage 2–3 PMs, help them sharpen their judgment and execution, and establish a consistently high bar for product work.

• Stay hands-on: Personally lead discovery, define product requirements, make prioritization decisions and own some of our hardest product areas.

• Run product across multiple squads: Create clarity across Product, Engineering and Design and ensure teams move from idea to execution without unnecessary process or ambiguity.

• Make the hard calls: Navigate competing customer needs, technical constraints and incomplete information, and make clear product decisions rather than simply facilitating consensus.

• Build an AI-native product organization: Use AI deeply in your own work and help rethink how discovery, specification, prototyping, analysis and product development should work in an AI-first company.

• Stay close to customers: Understand how sophisticated enterprise teams actually work, identify the problems worth solving and turn customer insight into scalable product rather than one-off features.

• Continuously improve how we build: Identify where our product process needs more structure, where it needs less, and build the operating rhythm that helps REMATIQ ship better and faster as we scale.

What we’re looking for

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have led product for a B2B enterprise software product.

• Have directly managed at least 2 Product Managers.

• Are still deeply hands-on and comfortable running discovery, writing and refining product requirements, prioritizing trade-offs and working closely with Engineering.

• Have owned product delivery across multiple squads or product areas.

• Have strong product judgment and are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

• Are genuinely AI-forward: you actively use AI in your work, understand how it changes product development, and have thoughtful views on what makes a product truly AI-native.

• Communicate exceptionally well, both in writing and in conversation.

• Operate with high ownership, pace and reliability.

We’ll be especially excited if you

• Have been a founder, founding PM or very early product leader and can demonstrate founder-like ownership.

• Are technically strong enough to work deeply with engineers on APIs, data, AI systems, workflows and technical trade-offs.

• Learned product craft inside an excellent product organization with a high bar for execution.

• Have experienced both sides of the journey: building product in an early-stage environment and later helping a product organization scale.
