Senior Photonik-Charakterisierungsingenieur (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von High-Speed-Charakterisierungsmessungen im GHz-Bereich an TFLN-PICs und Photodioden
- Durchführung experimenteller Verifikationen und statistischer Analysen zur Ermittlung von Performance-Parametern
- Entwicklung, Aufbau und Optimierung optischer und RF-Testaufbauten inklusive Probe-Station-Konfiguration und Kalibrierung
- Entwicklung von Python-, LabVIEW- und MATLAB-Tools zur Messautomatisierung, Datenerfassung und Datenanalyse
- Mitwirkung an der hybriden Photodioden-PIC-Integration von Designkoordination bis Validierung und Packaging
- Rückführung von Messergebnissen in Design, Fertigung und Technologie-Roadmap
- Planung und Priorisierung von Charakterisierungskampagnen
- Koordination externer Lieferanten, Dienstleister und Forschungspartner
- Betreuung von Junior Engineers und Technikern bei Tests, Datenerfassung und Analyse
- Sicherstellung von Laborsicherheit und Dokumentation von Methoden, Code und Ergebnissen
Dein Profil
- Masterabschluss oder Promotion in Elektrotechnik, Photonik oder verwandtem Fachgebiet
- Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Erfahrung in Industrie oder Forschung, davon mindestens ein Jahr im High-Speed-Photonic-Testing im GHz-Bereich
- Kenntnisse der LNOI-Bauteilphysik und Anwendungen in High-Speed-Modulation, Detektion und RF Signal Integrity
- Praktische Erfahrung mit TFLN, Photodioden-Charakterisierung und hybrider photonisch-elektronischer Integration
- Erfahrung mit VNAs, High-Speed-Oszilloskopen, Optical Spectrum Analyzern, RF-Probes und Tunable Lasers
- Kenntnisse in Kalibrierungsverfahren für optische und RF-Systeme
- Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse; LabVIEW- und MATLAB-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit PIC-Tests, Probe-Station-Messungen, Optical Alignment und optoelektronischer Inbetriebnahme
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
