• Partners with sales account manager to focus on Company on revenue delivery
• Broaden and deepen the client relationship with accountability for client fulfillment of the tactical horizon
• Defines and implements case management best practices toto record service value and leverage SLAs to increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
• Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed

Your Job:
- Partners with sales account manager (AM) to focus on Company on revenue delivery
- Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:

- Provide knowledge database to enable scalability of service across client tiering.
- Provide insights to internal forecasting by understanding client market and forecast.

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning, Production Control, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment preferred.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems
