Pay: £13.45 per hour
Shift Pattern: 10pm to 8am Nights
Hours: Full and part time hours
Contract: Permanent

We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team at Belong Warrington. If you're passionate about supporting older people and want a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every night, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll work as part of a supportive household team, helping our customers feel safe, comfortable and cared for throughout the night.

You'll provide high-quality personal care and emotional support while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll build meaningful relationships with customers and help create a calm and welcoming environment where people feel valued and respected.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing person-centred care and support to older people.
  • Assisting with personal care and night-time routines.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and safe moving practices.
  • Responding to residents' needs throughout the night.
  • Promoting dignity, privacy and independence at all times.
  • Providing companionship and reassurance when needed.
  • Monitoring residents' health, wellbeing and comfort.
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent standards of care.
  • Building positive relationships with residents and their families.

About You

We're looking for someone who is caring, reliable and committed to delivering outstanding support.

Essential

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, Care Certificate and above
  • Previous experience working in a care environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and person-centred approach.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, professional and flexible in your approach to work.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting older people.
  • Experience working with people living with dementia.
  • Knowledge of person-centred care practices.
