Vous accompagnerez les personnes accueillies au sein d'un établissement médico-social, dans le cadre de missions régulières en intérim
- Vous favoriserez l'autonomie et le bien-être des personnes dans les actes essentiels du quotidien
- Vous participerez à l'élaboration et au suivi des projets personnalisés d'accompagnement
- Vous contribuerez à la coordination avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires et les proches des personnes accompagnées

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Accompagnant Éducatif et Social
- Vous justifiez d'au moins deux années d'expérience auprès de publics vulnérables
- Vous faites preuve d'écoute, de patience et de respect de la dignité
- Vous adaptez votre accompagnement aux besoins individuels et aux projets personnalisés
