Vous contribuez au bien-être quotidien des résidents en établissement pour personnes âgées, en leur apportant une présence attentive et des soins essentiels
- Assurer les soins d'hygiène et de confort dans le respect de la dignité de chaque résident
- Favoriser une alimentation adaptée et veiller à une hydratation régulière tout au long de la journée
- Accompagner les résidents lors de leurs déplacements pour préserver leur autonomie et leur sécurité
- Observer l'état de santé général des résidents et transmettre rapidement toute anomalie constatée
- Collaborer avec les équipes médicales et paramédicales afin de garantir une prise en charge coordonnée

- Vous détenez le Diplôme d'État d'Aide-Soignant, les candidatures débutantes étant pleinement bienvenues
- Vous réalisez les soins d'hygiène et de confort avec rigueur, douceur et respect des personnes âgées
- Vous favorisez les repas, l'hydratation et les déplacements quotidiens avec une attention constante
- Vous observez l'état général des résidents et transmettez rapidement toute anomalie à l'équipe soignante
- Vous collaborez efficacement avec l'équipe médicale et paramédicale pour garantir une prise en charge optimale
