Project Manager Assistant - Area Elettrica
gestione dell'esecuzione del contratto di appalto affidato nel rispetto delle condizioni contrattuali;
supporto al PM nel pianificare, coordinare e controllare le attività della commessa, sulla base dei requisiti contrattuali, tecnici e produttivi e dei costi previsti;
supporto al PM nel controllare e coordinare le attività di progettazione, acquisti e realizzazione/manutenzione;
eventuale emissione di richieste d'acquisto;
verifica del territorio con il responsabile di cantiere;
supporto al PM nel produrre la documentazione técnica ed economica per la durata e alla chiusura della commessa;
mantenimento rapporto di collaborazione con i fornitori, in particolare con i subappaltatori impiegati sulla propria commessa;
segnalazione al proprio responsabile di BU e al responsabile IT qualsiasi anomalia riscontrata durante l'utilizzo delle apparecchiature aziendali a disposizione Si richiede:
background tecnico elettrico con formazione specifica e/o da precedenti esperienze professionali;
ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
esperienza anche breve nella gestione e nel coordinamento di gruppi di lavoro;
conoscenza delle normative tecniche di settore;
esperienza nella gestione della manutenzione e in ambito cantieristico;
esperienza in appalti pubblici di almeno 1-2 anni;
ottime capacità di utilizzo PC e Excel Si offre un inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato, con il livello e la retribuzione definiti in base all'esperienza pregressa Luogo di lavoro: Costa Volpino (BG) o Brescia (BS)
