We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers to work remotely on an Adtech company that leverages machine learning and data science to build an identity graph that can scale to reach millions of users via brands with programmatically selected households. You will build enterprise grade applications with a focus on performance, scalability, testability and maintainability. Writing clean and reusable code with an API-first mindset and an understanding of brand needs for a consistent user experience will be key to your success. Role details: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software covering both frontend and backend. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, taking ownership of projects. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in architectural design and planning, ensuring the scalability and maintainability of our systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance issues. Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools, driving innovation and efficiency. Build APIs to power AI agents and tooling. Own a complex set of services and applications Focus on making sure our applications run 24/7 Lead technical discussions leading to improvements in tools, processes or projects Work on scaling our identity graph to deliver impactful advertising campaigns Work with project managers, designers, data engineers and scientists to implement new features Key requirements: ● 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. ● 5+ years of professional experience working with React ● 3+ years of professional experience working with Node.js, TypeScript, and backend Node development, or willingness to learn. ● Extensive experience with front-end technologies. ● Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including performance tuning. ● Strong experience with RESTful API design and development, including versioning and security best practices. ● Well-versed in all aspects of SDLC, including CICD, automated testing, and monitoring. ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug and optimize code. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
