Senior IT Engineer, MDM Tech (f/m/x)

<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior IT Engineer</strong> to join the <strong>Mobile Device Management (MDM) Tribe at HelloFresh</strong>. As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and evolving our endpoint management environment across <strong>macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms</strong>.</p> <p>You will bring deep expertise in <strong>Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro</strong> combined with a strong understanding of endpoint security, identity, automation, and modern device management practices. So even if you don’t “tick all the boxes” but think you’d thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="li1"><strong>Design</strong>, implement, and continuously improve scalable MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android, balancing security, compliance, and user experience.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Define</strong> and maintain MDM standards, policies, configuration profiles, application management, and compliance controls aligned with HelloFresh security and business requirements.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Leverage</strong> PowerShell, Bash, and Microsoft Graph API to automate device management, compliance, reporting, remediation, and enforcement workflows.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Build</strong> meaningful reporting and analytics to monitor device health, compliance, application status, security posture, and fleet trends.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Proactively</strong> identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement, and drive structured solutions from problem definition through implementation.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Mentor</strong> and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to cross-training and continuous improvement across the MDM Tribe.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="li1">Strong enterprise MDM experience with deep hands-on and architectural expertise in Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro/Jamf Connect across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.</li> <li class="li1">Good understanding of endpoint architecture and the broader technology ecosystem, including Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager, Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, EDR, Zscaler, and privilege management.</li> <li class="li1">Experience with PowerShell and Bash scripting and the ability to automate endpoint management, remediation, and operational processes using Microsoft Graph API.</li> <li class="li1">Solid understanding of endpoint security principles, including encryption, compliance, device security, identity-driven access, and security controls.</li> <li class="li1">Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to audiences ranging from engineers to Directors and Senior Directors.</li> <li class="li1">A collaborative and egoless mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and contribute to the technical growth of the wider team.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we offer</strong></h2> <p>Elevate your lifestyle!
