- Accogliere i clienti con cortesia e professionalità al front desk;
- Comunicare in modo efficace con il personale interno per coordinare gli appuntamenti;
- Prenotazioni trasferte;
- Gestione ed ordine della sala riunioni;
- Mantenere l'aspetto curato e l'ordine nell'area di accoglienza;
- Archivio e back office;
- Data Entry. **Requisiti essenziali**: - Inglese B2 o superiore;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365;
- Capacità di problem solving;
- Diploma. **Requisiti preferenziali**: - Laurea (anche triennale);
Completano il profilo una buona capacità di comunicazione, di organizzare e pianificare il proprio lavoro e una spiccata predisposizione al lavoro in team. **Contesto**:
