Position Summary
Commercial Products Supply (CPS) is a key part of Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain (TI&SC) Function at The Coca-Cola Company and our goal is to be recognized as a world-class, integrated supply chain partner, enabling our system to deliver against our growth agenda with improving margins.
CPS manufactures concentrates and beverage bases for sale to our Bottling Partners all over the world. The global organization manages an integrated network of 19 manufacturing plants in different countries including 3 Lighthouses (Ballina, Singapore and Liberia) and 16 Fast Followers Plants. CPS is also responsible for managing complex additional materials supply chains (i.e. juices, coffee, tea, milk, etc.) on behalf of our bottling partners.
The CPS Singapore Plant GM provides leadership and strategic direction for the Singapore concentrate and beverage base plant across Plant Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Planning & Logistics, QSE, Finance, People & Culture and Operational Excellence. As a strategic CPS & WEF accredited Lighthouse site and fully export plant, CPS Singapore plays a critical role in serving more than 20 markets through a complex, high-service, increasingly digitalised and automated supply chain. The GM is accountable for delivering the approved business plan, ensuring continuity of supply, sustaining strong performance across safety, quality, service, cost, productivity, sustainability and people outcomes, and advancing Singapore’s modernisation, digital transformation and Future of Work agenda. The role requires close partnership with Operating Units, Bottling Partners, CPS and TI&SC functions, government and industry agencies such as Economic Development Board (EDB) and Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), local regulatory authorities, community partners and other CPS sites, while building a highly engaged, inclusive and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Plant Operations
- Own & deliver plant business performance, with accountability for safety, quality, sustainability, service, cost, productivity and people outcomes.
- Lead all plant functions, including manufacturing, QSE, engineering, , planning & logistics, finance, people, and OE.
- Drive operational excellence through disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Deliver safe, reliable, cost-effective product supply while meeting sustainability, capital, and financial commitments.
- Anticipate changing business conditions and make effective trade-off decisions to optimize plant performance.
- Lead an export-oriented, high-complexity Singapore manufacturing and supply operation, ensuring reliable supply across served markets while managing inbound materials, outbound shipments, customer orders, warehousing and manufacturing execution with strong safety, quality, service and cost discipline.
Lead Transformation
- Sustain and enhance CPS Singapore’s role as a Lighthouse site by accelerating scalable digital, automation, AI and advanced manufacturing use cases that can be adopted across the CPS network.
- Define and execute the plant’s vision and transformation agenda aligned to CPS Global strategy
- Lead adoption of digital, automation, AI, and modernization initiatives to enhance performance and competitiveness.
- Translate global strategies into local execution plans that deliver measurable business results.
- Drive enterprise change by leveraging global networks, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Inspire and align teams to successfully deliver transformation outcomes.
Lead the Network
- In partnership with Supply Chain, serve as the interface between CPS and key external stakeholders (e.g., OUs, bottling partners, government agencies), positioning CPS as a strategic business partner within the Coca-Cola system
- Influence and align stakeholders across a complex global network to drive execution and results.
- Collaborate across the network to benchmark performance and scale best practices.
- Partner with internal, global and OU stakeholders to strengthen relationships with key government and industry agencies such as EDB & ARTC, supporting TCCC’s presence in Singapore through innovation, capability building, advanced business activities, high-value roles and industry capability development.
Lead People
- Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture built on trust, accountability, and inclusion.
- Develop organizational capability and a strong Plant Leadership Team and pipeline of future leaders and critical talent.
- Coach, engage, and empower teams to deliver results and successfully navigate change.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Food Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and the local language (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated track record of making strategic and operational decisions with P&L accountability.
- Proven strength across multiple functional areas, such as manufacturing operations, supply chain, operational excellence, transformation, engineering and/or QSE.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale programmes that require collaboration from various disciplines and stakeholders across a complex regional and global network, with measurable outcomes.
- Proven people leadership capability, including leading sizeable multi-level teams, strengthening engagement, developing talent and building future-ready capabilities.
- Demonstrated success working on projects or in roles that span multiple regions, countries or global teams, including the ability to influence and deliver through a matrixed environment.
Preferred
- More than 10 years’ relevant leadership experience in CPG/FMCG, Food/Beverage, pharmaceutical or chemical industries, with a proven record of operational leadership in manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in progressive unionized and non-unionized plants across diverse locations.
